Brigette's 30 years of clinical nursing as critical care, emergency, peri-operative RN, and case manager serve as a solid foundation for her legal nurse consulting career. Her experience as both a clinical and academic nurse educator allows careful examination and contribution to ensuring quality standards of nursing practice. As a former informaticist educator, she has a working knowledge of medical records structure and review.
Her greatest professional and academic passion is medical literature searches and providing a synthesized summary in support of the case or research question at hand.
She is an active member of the AALNC Phoneix Chapter and recently appointed Technology Chair while in a mentorship with Past President, Education, and Programming Chair, Certified Legal Nurse Consultant Jean Cooper.
